Most debit and credit cards are accepted for payment.

All sales transactions protected by SSL certificate. This means your card information and personal data are encrypted and cannot be intercepted by third parties.

Orders are shipped from Ukraine within 3-5 days after placing an order. Individual or multiple orders may require additional processing time.

Standard delivery times vary by destination country and are approximately:
USA 7-14 days
EU 7-14 days
Rest of the world 2-3 weeks

Express shipping is available upon request and is provided by DHL or FedEx. Delivery time is  5–7 days.

Returns

Each piece is handcrafted using natural materials, some variance occurs and is meant to be embraced. But if something isn’t quite right, let me know and I will do my best to ensure that we solve it together.

Returns of quality goods are possible within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are also possible within 14 days. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me as soon as possible with photos of the piece and box.

If the piece is returned damaged, the return will not be accepted.

Please note on all returns the purchaser is responsible for shipping fees. 

Custom orders

Custom orders are welcomed. Please message me if you are interested in a custom project, sculpture, mobile, or wall art for either a commercial or residential process.

Care instructions

Dear customers, please note that the products are decorative objects and not toys. Please avoid direct contact of products with small children and pets. Please avoid contact of the product with water, other liquids or substances.

Metal products are covered with a thin layer of varnish to protect the product from environmental influences. But brass and copper as natural materials can darken over time, this is a natural process.
